They might ask you some standard questions from questionnaires that screen for depression, anxiety, OCD, etc. Or they may have you fill them out on paper and then score them. My current p-doc did that with me. Or it could be a less formal thing where they just ask about what's going on with you and what you're feeling. But if she called it "testing" and want to rule some things out, that suggests specific questions. In that case, just answer honestly.
