Well, I wasn't quite sure if I'm out of flare but I went jog/walking this morning anyway. I jog (slowly) for 1-1/2 minutes then walk two minutes in between and do that four times. After that I jog one minute and walk one minute in between and do that twice.
I really hope I don't pay for this, but it did give me a little more energy to get some things done. I'll find out later this afternoon if I aggravated things.
