Hi,

Perhaps stop everything you're doing right now and take a vacation to some place far off by yourself. Then shut your mind up and chill. I feel like you need that. It will probably relax you up quite well. And then you should do meditating to help you relax yourself out. Meditation also helps to heal yourself which means that you will be fine in all aspects.
