I do understand about not being able to talk with someone face 2 face. I was that way for [U]years. Till I found the right therapist who helped me feel safe & was patient with me till I grew to trust her. Oh, another thing that helped me to get things out was to write about them, started just putting down words, not trying to form sentences or worry about grammar. Just let my words come out till I was able to really write about what was going on inside me....now I write all the time & write poetry. Well, I see I've written enough for now.
