Have screamed quite a bit. Younger alters do it when they have severe flashbacks. T always handles it well. One of our teenage alters was getting into a fight with T and trying to hit her so T restrained her. Apparently (according to t) she then started having flashbacks and screamed at the person who hurt her. T held her while she cried and calmed her down.
