I have RLS and fibromyalgia among other things. I take a fairly high dose of gabapentin which mostly cures the RLS and helps a little with the fibromyalgia. RLS is an awful condition... the feelings used to start up just at the moment I was drifting off to sleep. Just when you so much want to relax you can't. I've had it since childhood. Thank goodness the gabapentin mostly cures it.
