Hi. Although I don't really have any addictions to anything, or I don't think so, I am constantly wanting to get high. And often times, I act on these thoughts, even while I'm at school. I typically only use inhalants, as they're the things I have access to most of the time. However, I have started using other drugs and things my parents use, and my friends provide (weed, alcohol, cigs) more often. I've even started thinking about using perscription drugs.
I know it's bad. It's just I'm constantly so irritated and angry that I just want to be calm, and happy. Many people tell me to just take deep breaths, but it doesn't work. I feel calm for one second, and it goes away to agrivation.
So, really, I want to know: How do I calm down, without using drugs? What are other people's experiences?
