You could try looking up a list of eating disorder behaviours and write down all of the ones that apply to you and bring that in to your therapy session. That way you wouldnt have to strugggle to explain yourself. Don't get any ideas from your ressearch though! it's important for your therapist to know all of what you're doing and feeling and thinking when it comes to food and weight.
