it will be difficult if you do not want to seek help for it. that is common in the early months/years of it.
it took me three years to get help...but by then i was so unwell that it made it more difficult..also because where i live, trying to get adequate treatment is very hard..so that is another thing to think of....do you want to keep going down that path and in the end not be able to get the right level of help? not saying you won't, but in many countries it is hard to get help...and that is part of the reason why people stay unwell for so long too.
it is best to get help for it as soon as possible so you have a better chance at getting it managed again. disordered eating/eating disorders also affect a lot of other mental health issues and cause a degree of mild to severe physical issues, so for so many reasons, i would encourage you to get help as soon as you can for it.
i would hate to see another person struggle for years and then not be able to get the adequate help for it later on or end up with physical issues as a result and really lose out on a lot of important life events because of the horrible cycle you get stuck in being focused on food and weight loss.
