You need the Dr. to write a presecription and you need to go to an orthodist. That is a person who creates braces so people can walk, along with a host of other things.
It will say something like "Smith & Jones" Orthopedic Co.
There is a huge difference in the braces and appliances from a real orthopedic place and those that are sold in stores.
