AnxiousGirl, I can understand how you feel. The therapy is for you, not her. If you really feel that you want to handle this issue on your own, just tell her. She may be wanting you to talk about it but you may not either be ready or it may not be a subject for therapy. I have to pick and choose my topics as I am in the driver's seat when it comes to my well-being. I am kind of interested more in why you feel that this issue is making you angry. Or is it that you are not feeling able to say that you don't want to talk about it? It is kind of weird, but the reason that you don't want to talk about it and that you are angry at yourself are subjects all to themselves. Just food for thought.
