Sky has given a lot of good information, one of the most important: DEPRESSION TELLS US LIES. We perceive things differently while in a state of depression, things that would other wise not bother us.

Since school is on summer vacation in most areas, and if that is your case, can you try calling a local crisis line for guidance?
Many of us here know how you feel and have either been where you are or are there now. Depression seems to cycle. And many people feel that their posts are "ignored" but that is usually not the case. And remember also, that everyone is different, that's what makes us unique.
