Certain SSRIs, such as Prozac, and certain SNRIs, such as Paxil, can be used in treatment of OCD. Benzodiazepines might help, too, but benzos are at risk for abuse. I don't know if these are available in the country that you are in or not. As far as I see, cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy are the best treatmemt options for OCD.
