Hello guys ok this weird thing happened to be while I was shopping. Just as I finished shopping and was taking the bags of food to the trolly, this girl who was serving me kept trying to sorta hold my hand and helping me put the bags in the trolly. When I looked at her she gave a nice pretty smile, its like she was coming on to me then i froze and was like wtf and the anxiety went through the roof and so i quickly put all the bags in the trolly and said see you later and she smiled again, then i went home.

But I know I should have reacted differently but the anxiety make me go all weird. SO what should I have done?
