I love South Carolina style shrimp and grits!

As a native NYer, our local pizza is always delish. It's not too heavy and the variety of toppings is diverse. And, most importantly, the crust is crispy and thin.

Many NYC wine stores have excellent selections with bottles from around the world and excellent price points. It's possible to get an excellent bottle of wine for at little as $10.

Okay, NYC is NOT known for excellent BBQ and Mexican food though they are getting better. I've been considering a trip to Texas and other states (e.g., North Carolina) to sample the BBQ.
