snow, what you are describing sounds a lot like what I experience when I'm having a panic attack. I also will have shaking...always in my hands, but the worse the attack, the more of my body will shake.

My T gave me lots of different deep breathing exercises, and other things to do to work on the anxiety, but for me, nothing really worked until I got some anti-anxiety meds. If it persists, you may want to bring it up again with your pdoc. Especially if you only have this problem at certain times of the month, you could take something like klonopin just when you have the problem, without as much risk of addiction as if you were taking it every day.
