Very positive so far. Just had my 4th session today. I slacked on the "homework" this week (doing the muscle relaxation, breathing exercises and journalling), but there's no judgement from the group, just lots of encouragement. I find it's really helping being around people who go through the same thing, so you don't feel like a hopeless loser. You just realize it's something people go through, and we're given tools to help us cope.
I definitely recommend, at the very least, looking into a support group, if not group therapy, especially if you're dealing with any social anxiety. Being in a group with other anxious people just doesn't seem as scary, and the more you talk with everyone, the less anxious you feel.
