Has anyone had success with this diet?

I will say that after figuring out what kind of food I can actually eat, as well as my intolerances, getting enough sleep, and eating the right foods, I have found a DRASTIC impact on my wellbeing..
It hasn't cured my symptoms, but it has definitely made them a bit more bearable (taken the edge off), because im less miserable than I was before.
I DO know that it has also removed my ovarian cysts, my migraines are gone, and the fogginess, and irritability is gone which is amazing. I have found a bigger change in my physical health, digestive (biggest impact) and lymphatic system more than my psychological imbalance.
I highly recommend having good gut health, and eating a good diet. The problem is, everyone is different, so what I have to stay away from, you may find essential in your diet.
I am getting my AA in a week for biology, im a life-coach at a gym and I help peeps lose weight, so I promise i'm not talking out of my ***.
If you guys have any simple questions about foods, etc, I can do my best to answer.
I really want everyone to know just how much eating the right food can change your life and I want to help as many people as I can because we have so many false advertisers on tv and stores telling people what to eat when in fact its terrible for you, and we dont know any better.
