There are things I will never speak to my Therapist about and she knows it and just tells me when or if I am ever ready to discuss it she is there. She doesn't push me too much and I made it clear there were some things I just would rather not discuss. Mine is not so much because I don't want to but I did a lot of things in my past and some were not so acceptable I guess I could say and I would just rather not talk about it and she is good with that and I am sure if you just tell your therapist how you are feeling she will understand. Ultimately the therapy is there for you and to help you and if you don't want to discuss something you don't have to.
