I'm sorry hun that you are going through all that. Is there a therapist that you can talk to? Keeping a journal is very important too.
Have you tried talking to them, like asking the angry one why it's so angry? Does it talk back?
It sounds very familiar, especially the voices, mirror thing, identity confusion, body location, and all that.
If your finding yourself self-harming, get to an ER where they can do an emergency psych eval.
