when my pdoc's former (hahaha) receptionist gave me crap on the phone I wrote a scathing letter to my pdoc about her behaviour and faxed it to him. I knew she'd be the one to get the fax and that she had no choice but to give it to him. She never treated me badly again... oh, and she ended up being arrested for stealing from the clinic.
