dani i hear ya the same with me but someone metioned klonipin i have taken that for months it works i stopped taking it because i did not want to depend on meds but that one does work so now all i have to do is see my p doc again and get back on the meds i hope you seek help it's not living u are going through it's enduring so hang in there love steph
