Sorry you felt/feel so bad. Is it better now? When I feel bad I dismiss the bigger/grosser ideas I get, like stroke, as being unlikely (and I'm in my 60's) and decide to go with panic attack. Deciding and naming it a panic attack gives me some control and I can continue talking to myself and telling myself that though it does not feel good, it will end. If you feel sleepy, I would go with maybe laying down and trying to go to sleep if you can, maybe having a glass of water first, seeing if you are just a bit dehydrated (water can help a bunch of stuff!):
