I know that feeling, Kiya. It's really strange, isn't it, to just not care about the pain.
Yesterday I walked too much and today can't stand the touch of my slipper on my foot. My foot slipped and I cut my toe on my desk. The PT had told me specifically not to break the skin on that foot and leg. Oh well, it's done now. The PT said whatever I do, to be sure and get there today. I don't know that I can stand the touch of a shoe.
The fibro is acting up because of the foot and leg. The body truly is one organism.
