Warning... Rant ahead !!!

Okay my Pain got so bad I had to go IP to stay safe.. I have been home 2 weeks now and my pain is flaring even more.. I am at a critical point... I haven't slept more than 20 hours in the last 3 weeks total.

My pdoc put me on Trazadone 450mg in hopes of getting me to sleep, somehow. Lifelong Insomniac here. I have tried every medication possible.. he and I were just scrambling to find something.

I take Lyrica ...... I honestly don't think it really helps, but I take it .. I can't take Cymbalta.

I see my GP on Monday honestly there isn't going to be anything he can do. I already know this.. So depressing to know though.

So I am a hair away from not being safe again.... Everyone knows , husband, T and pdoc.

I am doing every bit of self care I can .. I am so sick of my Bipolar and Fibro feeding off each other.. Its such a nasty dangerous situation.
