Even during the summer, I do not use soap everyday, but I scrub my body to get rid of the sweat and dirt. It works well. You can also dilute the soap 50/50 so it still cleans but is not as harsh. My skin is super sensitive and soap isn't fun, but smelling good is a must lol :P
