I'm starting a partial hospitalization program on Tuesday and am very anxious about it now. I don't really know what to expect and I'm afraid I'll get to the site and then not be able to enter because I feel paralyzed. I think if I were starting today I would be fine, but I have 4 days to wait, and I don't know if can handle the chest tightness, shaking, and other anxiety symptoms for that long. Has anyone experienced this?
