I'll try not to ramble here. Anyway, I've been suffering from anxiety and depression for quite a long time. First, I was put on Lexapro and it seemed to help for a bit. Then, the depression got worse and I was put on Wellbutrin. Not long ago my p-doc upped my Wellbutrin because my depression was getting worse. I had a med check last week and told her my concerns that I seemed to be on edge all the time so I didn't know if the Lexapro was no longer working or not. She decided to lower my Wellbutrin because she said it can have an anxiety inducing effect. I've been on the lower dose for just over a week now and the depression seems to be coming back with a vengeance. It's like pulling teeth to get motivated to do anything, and I feel like I just want to cry most of the time.

I honestly think it's a combination of the lower dose Wellbutrin, and a very good friend of mine is moving on Monday, and she'll be almost 15 hours away. I think this has triggered quite a bit of the depression, but I also believe the lower dose isn't helping.

Any thoughts? Between the two, I think I can deal with the anxiety more than the depression, but I'd rather have to deal with neither.
