I feel I want to cry. I have lost over 150.000nok the latest 3 years to gambling online. I cant stop and get uncontrollable urges to keep pushing the button even I see all money disappear, everything going downhill. I always lose it all and cant stop when I am winning some. A few times I have been able to stop but then I have started new next day again and lost it again. One time I sat 19 hours in stretch not leaving the internet and didnt eat, I sat hungry.

I dont know how to stop it and fill my empty feelings with something else on my mind.
