The mind is the biggest sex organ. Many people achieve orgasm without stimulation at all, using only their minds. I believe they call those "wet dreams". In any case, if you hadn't of seen his size prior to intercourse, you probably would have achieved orgasm. But after you saw it, you were not in the right frame of mind to do so.
