When i'm getting close to falling asleep i start to hallucinate. I'm told this is normal. It usually starts with the occasional word from a thought, but then becomes loud ringing and buzzing, with annoying spikes in volume. It doesn't sound llike it's coming from anywhere, so it's definitely internal. It isn't like a thought, because I can hear it. Any tips on how to stop it? Or do I just have to deal with it.
