It's really hard :/ I struggle with this too, and a lot of my bingeing is linked to overwhelming emotions. Distraction techniques can sometimes help- going for a walk, having a shower, writing, sitting in a coffee shop for hours (which is ironically what I'm doing at the moment because I know if I go home, I'll binge), playing Sims... It's different for different people, but that sometimes works for me. But if I'm desperate, I just need to get OUT and away from any possible binge triggers. Hope that helps
