I'm so sorry things are so rough. You're doing the right thing by calling the crisis line etc. Call again if you need to.
Whoever it is you need to call, they might have a voice mail set up where you can leave a message. Try to call tonight and see.
If they do, sit down and write out your questions so when the time comes to talk with someone or leave a message, you can just read your notes.
Tell them specifically what you need from them and tell them what time you will be home to answer the call. If it's the insurance company, tell them you need some type of confirmation that you are covered. When they call you back get a name, and take notes.
If it's that important, which it sounds to me like it is, can you skip the program at the hospital so you'll be home to deal with these issues?
Are family/friends able to help somehow? I'm not sure what program you go to but surely someone there must be able to help sort this out.
