It can be so easy to write of achievements, thinking you "should" be doing them anyway, or you "should" be doing more...........but sometimes it can be the equivalent of climbing a mountain "just" to brush your teeth, so make sure you're giving yourself
all the credit you deserve!!! And WELL DONE!!!

Of course a trigger for depression to step (further?) in, but no forgetting we're here if we can support you with that. You're not on your own.
