She would call me in response to the request for an earlier appointment and if I missed a scheduled appointment she would definitely call, probably 10 or 15 minutes into the appointment because she would be concerned. I am never late and never miss appointments without notice. If she couldn't get in touch, she would reach out to my emergency contact. Why do you ask, IRL?
