I think anyone who would ever be attracted to me must have something seriously wrong with them. The idea of it is incompatible with life.

And yet - swear to god this is the truth - doing self-esteem therapy, which is bs, btw, I fed my picture into a Golden Ratio calculator, and came up with a 90th percentile beauty rating! Whatever! lol

No one can see how they really look, and you are more self-critical of yourself than anyone else on earth would ever be. Your standards for yourself are so much higher than what you expect others to meet. So try to see yourself as others do - a little fuzzy, only focusing on the good parts.
