It sounds like folks have given you various suggestions here, which are all good ones. Another one is contact your regular physician. It sounds like you have one if you know what your cholesterol levels are. You can ask for an appointment given the fact that you are having joint pain and body aches, if you and/or your parents need a reason - tell them you need an appointment right away. Once you see your doctor, you can talk to him or her about your depression. An general physician or internist should be able to see that you get help for your depression if you have no other course of action.
Calling your local crisis line is an option....so is calling 911....if you attend a house of worship, you can speak with your minister or rabbi or worship leader. You also said you saw a therapist previously, and even though you are not in therapy with that person now, you could call that therapist now and say that you are in urgent distress. I suspect they will be able to advise you.
