I talked with my pdoc today about Viibryd and he said it was very unusual to get brain zaps after only a few hours of missed dosage. With most people it takes an entire day of a missed dose. He also said that the nausea was the most common side-effect but for most people is mild and goes away with continued use. I haven't started it yet, still working with another med that I'm on.
