Thanks, for the replies. I do have a lawyer. I decided to get one after my second denial. It is hard to get approved on bipolar 2 especially if there is no psychosis involved. The more disabled you are the better your case. I may look fine but I have not held a steady job in seven years. I am thinking of getting ECT if my depression does not get any better. It's ironic since my pdoc said it will probably help my case if I do get the ECT.
