Well, I bought it last week, now on about my 5th or 6th day. So far, not noticing a big difference in anything, energy, strength, etc, but I'm trying to climb out of a pretty deep hole all around, depression/weight/diet/exercise. So we'll see what happens.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'll stick with it and see, paid for the bottle, they won't take it back!
