Besides the ridiculously stupid title...
Recently I've been doing a bit better with medication and finally getting a job
However, many people say exercise helps. The only issue is I don't know where to begin or even have the motivation to even try to start. I'm a extremely scrawny male with next to no stamina and my biggest work out would be standing for 6 hours doing minimal work. I have no self esteem and I know I wouldn't be able to handle going to a gym at least until I'm not skin and bone.
Whats your exercise routine that you guys started with? Maybe hearing some of your stories/routines will give me some motivation to get off my lazy butt.

Also do any of you have a diet plan I seem to have an issue with equally with eating. Normally its simply because I'm never hungry. Please give specific meals since as I've found making 3x meals a day with meat/snack doesn't work for me since I can't decide what I should eat to the point I decide not to eat
