Good to hear you want to try something even though its tough. the problem with people's perspective about exercise is its too tedious. Believe me being depressed saps your energy that even simple task like climbing out of bed is very tiring. its what they call Lethargy. Also the wrong notion is you have to hit the gym to exercise. you can start small. in your own room. let me explain my routine which started 15 days back. i came across a qigong video in youtube by Don Fiore. its a 4 minutes simple exercise. i started it and am doing it regularly only once a day though. from next week i plan to do it twice. this gave me some energy to start walking and i started with 10 mins walk. i incorporate mindfulness into this walking. i count my steps with awareness.
