I've had a bit of a set back recently, and in one week's time I regained the 12 pounds I had lost

Bummer. However, that doesn't mean I will stop working on this. I didn't eat unhealthily (is that a word?) but the body didn't use the food like it was supposed to!
So...back to the Holford GL way of eating. No sugar mainly. Balanced nutrition. (Leaving out the white foods too.) I will be happy with 2 lbs a week loss. I actually have some fruit in the refrigerator
