I used to take it. I started at 10mg and was on that dose for a while. At the very beginning I remember feeling more tired than usual but wasn't sure if it was definitely attributable to the Lexapro. That did go away, though. 5mg is a low dose. My understanding is that 10mg is considered the therapeutic dosage.
