So I'm finally moving forwards in my life thanks to a person in my life and I'm considering getting into a relationship with him. But having depression and anxiety, I'm worried about how these may affect him negatively in his life, though I'm not sure exactly how. Personally, I don't get irritable or angry often, quite the opposite actually, but I do have really negative thoughts about myself, also suicidal. Does anyone have relationship insights or past experiences they can share? Whether being the person trying to help someone with depression or the one on the receiving end? I'm worried that I might unintentionally hurt him because of my mindset and thinking patterns.
