So I was stable on risperdal for many years until it caused me to lactate a few months ago. My pdoc switched me off it and put me on latuda, but I've been a train wreck on it. I've been so manic on it that I can't even control myself and I did poorly in my classes because of this stupid med change. I had so much mania and delusions that I just quit the stupid med on my own accord and went back to my old bottle of risperdal.

My question is do a lot of APs have the ability to do this? I want to go back on risperdal, but I don't think my pdoc will let me. I was on 0.25mg and was lactating which is the smallest dose you can go on. Idk what to do and I can't afford screw ups since I have a hospital position.
