I generally need help grounding if it gets too intense. Other than that, I try to avoid the triggers and keep "checking in" with myself to make sure I stay present. If I notice myself starting to dissociate, I can try to ground myself by going out into nature, spending time with my animals, listening to music, going for a walk... There are other not so great methods, but I won't advocate those.
