I do find bruises and not know when/ how I got them. One is obvious, from working on an art project, I had my elbow propped on my thigh. Insta-bruise. But with others, I likely ran into something and didn't notice, or forgot. And I'm not eating well, either, so there's that. But the bruises are small. so I must just forget.
