Lactose is hidden in a lot of prepared foods such as hot dogs, fish sticks, and pancakes. It is even in granola and some types of crackers, cookies and chips.

i had no idea. that could whats been making me sick. but theen again i dont have an allergy. at least i dont believe so. but im not tolerant to it. i dont eat certain types of foods.
but is it possible to taste lactose in certain foods that arent obviously there because i believe i really can.
