IMO, Adderall is much more addictive than Vyvanse. You can only take Vyvanse orally, and it doesn't have much abuse potential. I was prescribed Adderall and now I'm on Vyvanse. It feels cleaner, less stimulating. Vyvanse feels less like a drug, if you know what I mean. YMMV but I think it's very similar to Adderall.
